Vegan Mozzarella Sticks

These mozzarella sticks are to die for! They take a little bit of time to create but it's worth it! Trust me. Crunchy on the outside and nice and gooey on the inside.
Ingredients
Cheese filling:
1 pack of violife cheese
Jalapenos (as many as you want)
Herb mix: 1 tsp oregano 1 tsp parsley 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper
Potato:
400g potatoes
200g cornstarch
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1-5 tbsp water + oil for frying (neutral vegetable oil)
Instructions:
1. Make the the mash then mix in cornflour, salt, pepper, and a bit of water until smooth. Refrigerate until chilled.
2. Once cooled, place about 2 tablespoons of mash onto a piece of cling film and flatten it with your fingers. Add cheese and jalapeños on top.
3. Shape the mash using the cling film, then roll it in a spice mix.
4. Fry the mozzarella sticks until golden brown and serve with cranberry sauce. Enjoy!
