Homemade Pumpkin Spice Granola

This homemade pumpkin spice granola is crunchy and full of warm fall flavors. Made with oats, nuts, and a mix of cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and a touch of pepper, it’s perfectly paired with your fave yogurt.
Ingredients
3 cups oats
1/4 cup chopped nuts (a mix of almond, walnuts and hazelnuts)
3 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp fine black pepper
1/4 cup date syrup
1/4 cup neutral oil

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 130°C (265°F).
In a large bowl, mix the oats, chopped nuts, and spices (cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and black pepper).
Add the date syrup and oil, stirring until everything is evenly coated.
Spread the mixture on a baking sheet in an even layer.
Bake for 10–15 minutes, keeping a close eye on it, it can burn quickly!
Let cool completely before storing. Enjoy the pumpkin spice granola with your favorite yogurt.
